Comfortable stay over six nights, marked by attentive staff who ensured all needs were met, like sorting out a room issue promptly. The breakfast area was welcoming, with staff like Marie and Kashenka delivering warm service. However, it would have been better if all room features were up to par initially.

The shower design is quite peculiar. If you don't angle the movable shower head just right, it can lead to a mini lake on the bathroom floor. Room lighting, while set for a calming vibe, lacks sufficient brightness-especially for late-night reading, as there are no individual desk lights or bedside reading lamps. Parking can be a hassle since spaces are limited, and, depending on the time, you might hear children in the hallway if families are staying. It's minor, but it could interrupt quiet moments if you're sensitive to noise.

It was my first time visiting this place and I got a bit lost because my phone GPS was acting up, but the two guys who helped me were awesome and offered cold water, which was a nice touch. I really enjoyed lounging by the spacious pool and hitting the gym for a quick workout. The only downside was that the air conditioning barely worked at night, making it a tad too warm, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

We had a lovely family visit, enjoying the leisure complex just across the road. The staff were extremely helpful when our room wasn't ready and even allowed us an extra hour to check out. My son was thrilled with the quick room service!
In my wife’s opinion, the swimming pool should have longer opening hours for families.

Had a great time with friends visiting the London Eye and exploring cityscapes. The property was clean and the staff super friendly. The breakfast was decent, and having a mini fridge in the room was a nice touch. Check out the area. it's only a 5-min walk from the train station!
I arrived early and couldn't check in until 3 PM, which was a bit frustrating since we had a packed schedule. It would be helpful if there were options for early check-in staying just one night.

Had a fantastic trip with friends! The location was exceptional, just a short walk from the tube station, making it easy to reach central attractions. The staff were super friendly, and we loved the delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. Just be aware that the check-in process required photo ID, which was unexpected and caused a delay.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was perfectly located near the London Eye and a fantastic spot to explore. We enjoyed the clean, cozy rooms and the friendly staff. Plus, the nearby bus stop made it super easy to get around. Ideal for a fun group getaway!
One downside was the front door being locked after 10pm, which meant we had to walk around to the back entrance. It wasn't the most convenient, especially late at night.
